Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all personalised engraved military gifts as quickly as possible. As each item is made to order, please allow time for careful crafting and quality checks before shipping. Please note, we currently only ship within the UK.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer, but we always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 working days via Royal Mail 48. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and time of year. Taking the above into consideration, please allow up to 7 working days from the point of placing your order, to your order arriving.

Returns Policy

As each item is personalised, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
